I am excited to introduce Kevin and Courtney. These two are high school sweethearts and they are anxiously counting down the days until they tie the knot. When I met Courtney, I knew that we were going to be a great match. We both love country music, we enjoy over-celebrating the holidays, and we both have been with our significant others since our awkward teenage years. Courtney wanted her session to incorporate nature and the beach so I knew Torrey Pines would be the perfect mix. We avoided hiking up the hill as an excuse to listen to country music in the car. Now that’s what I call a perfect icebreaker before a photo session! Kevin introduced himself and then we sang to Jason Aldean while driving up the windy road. When we reached the top, we explored a variety of goregous trails that eventually led us down to the ocean. Throughout our session, it was obvious that these two have such a fun relationship. They are always laughing, teasing, hugging, and their effortless interactions made the shoot incredibly easy to photograph. I am so excited for their engagement journey and like always, I am thankful to be able to be a part of such a special memory.
